Give Background Information: Explain the context or background behind your question.

4. Ask Follow-Up Questions:

Drill Down: Narrow the question to get a more specific response if the first answer is too general or incomplete.

Example: If the response to a question about marketing strategies is generic, then follow up with, "Can you say more about how to do content marketing for a small business?"

5. Format-Preferred State:

State the Format: Response whether it should be in list form, explanation, comparison, etc.

Example: "Can you name the top 5 best Real Estate CRM Softwares?"

Example: "Describe the advantages of CRM customization similar to the enclosed article on the benefits of ERP."

8. Iterative Approach:

Refine your questions: The general question has to be then, depending on how AI responds, ask the more specific one.

Example: Start with "What are some good marketing strategies?" Then proceed with "How could content marketing be effectively used in B2B tech companies?"

9. Discussion:

Conversational interaction: Feel free to treat the AI as if it were a conversation. Respond to answers, seeking more detail or clarity when needed.

Example You might say, after getting the answer to your question, "Can you give an example of a successful content marketing campaign in technology?"

10. Give Feedback

Off-Topic Information: Indicate that the response is off-topic; describe what you really want the AI to focus on in its adjustment of the responses.

Example: "This is some useful general marketing information, but I really need to understand more about email marketing for B2C."

With these strategies in place, more relevant information will be derived from generative AI systems, taking care of your needs and expectations.
