What Are The Pros And Cons Of Dark Mode? 

Pros:-

• It saves energy, particularly if the system is running an OLED or AMOLED screen.
• Although the dark text on a white background is the best in readability, dark mode (which has light text on a dark background) is better for minimizing eye strain under low light conditions.
• The screen glare is reduced with most screen dark, thus minimizing the flickering and blue light.

Cons:-

• Dark themes aren’t necessarily ideal for pressure on the eye. The text appears washed out under bright light conditions, thereby increasing eye fatigue.
• In Dark Mode, lengthy pieces of material or text are more difficult.
